Accounting Associate

TAX ASSOCIATE

Process renewal of BOC, LTO and business permits
Renew our truck registrations on time
Process BIR, DENR, and DTI accreditation
Ensure that we are compliant with all the government registration
Perform other duties that may be required from time to time

Qualifications:

Good communication skills
Keen on details
With good public relation skills
Preferably with experience on government compliance

ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

Coordinate with Liaison Officers and plan bank transactions
Disburse cash and /or deposit, and endorse to requesting party
Assigned to liquidation and journal entry of specific expenses in the system
Maintain check release monitoring, bank reconciliation, and cash position of the company
Responsible for daily cash out
Perform other duties that may be required from time to time

Qualifications:

Preferably graduate of BS Accountancy
Preferably with experience in AR, AP, treasury, internal audit, or tax compliance
Preferably with previous experience related to brokerage/logistics industry
Keen on details
Good communication skills
Knowledgeable on MS applications especially excel
Ability to handle pressure
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
