Accounting Associate

Responsible for the day-to-day processing of payments and implement control procedures on disbursing and monitoring expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
This associate helps manage the efficient and effective utilization of funds by controlling all financial transactions to maintain the company's stability and liquidity.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage cash flow
- Budget finances
- Disburse funds
- Facilitate liquidation
- Generate reports

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- With a bachelor's degree in accounting, management accounting, financial management, financial accounting, banking & finance, or related fields
- With at least 1 year experience in disbursement, liquidation, financial reporting, taxation, and purchasing
- Adaptable, hardworking, and committed to work
- Able to clearly communicate verbally and in writing
- Capable of multitasking well under pressure
- Presentable with excellent people skills
- Goal-oriented and proactive
- Dependable and trustworthy

**Salary**: From Php15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting Clerk: 1 year (preferred)
