Accounting Associate

• Zero Penalties on government compliance reports and remittances (VAT, Relief, withholding taxes, etc.). BIR returns tally's with ACCPAC figures thru a regular reconciliation report.
• Monitor and prepares journal entries related to Merchandise Inventory (OVGC Owned).
• Prepare journal entries related to confi and rank & file payroll
• Preparation and checking of remittances to SSS/PHIC and HDMF both contribution and loan.
• Submission of various BS schedules every 30th of the following month as assigned by Manager
• Processing of business permits, BIR permits, Sanitary, Health, POS permits etc. all matters related to store and HO permits & Licenses.
Metrics: Zero penalties due to failure or late processing of permits and licenses
• Other task that maybe assigned

Job Qualification

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Non-board passer applicants are encouraged to apply
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in accounting
• Must be people-oriented, hardworking, analytical and willing to learn.
• Computer literate with knowledge in Accounting Software and can work under pressure
• Applicants must be willing to work in MANDALUYONG CITY.
