Accounting Associate - Davao

Urgent in need of Accounting Associate!
Location: Davao City

8AM-5PM
Monday - Saturday

Duties: Prepares checks for direct expenses, PCF replenishment, advances, clearance and payables.Monitors replenishments as to when it was received and processed for KPI monitoring based on the project
account assigned.
Acts as liaison to bank for check deposit/encashment.Prepares monthly reports.Does the tagging and check release in the system.Maintains records of payment or cheque voucher.Monitors list of the cheque voucher, including the stale check or the cheque that need a replacement.Updates and maintains an excel summary of all checks prepared.Ensures that all transactions are recorded and posted on the systems at the end of the day.Responds to phone inquiry regarding payments and disbursement procedures.Complies with all Company rules and regulations.Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any Accounting related coursesAt least One (1) year of relevant work experienceExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHighly organized and detail-orientedAbility to prioritize and manage time efficientlyProficient in all Microsoft applications
