Accounting Assistants (Onsite Work) - Makati Area W/ Benefits

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
• Must have knowledge and experience in using Quickbooks
• Must have knowledge and experience in general accounting
• Must have 2+ years of work experience in Accounting
• Must be willing to start ASAP
• Must be amenable to work onsite and in Makati City

What are your responsibilities?
• Taking part in the initial digitization efforts to reconstruct client records onto software.
• Daily entries of required transactions for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and purchase orders.
• Weekly monitoring of client's cash position.
• Check preparation and monitoring disbursement.
• Payroll computation and generation of government mandated contributions.
• Monthly physical inventory count, as needed.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Monthly preparation of tax submissions such as, but not limited to, 1601C, 0619E, 2550M and their quarterly counterparts 2550Q, 1702Q, 1601EQ.
• Assist in ad hoc accounting and admin projects for the specific client/s you are assigned to which can include, but are not limited to: budget preparation, costing, inventory, external audit, etc.n
