Accounting Assistant (Urgent)

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the costing and monitoring of imported purchases
- Responsible for the preparation and monitoring of payments for imported shipments
- Responsible for costing and monitoring of fabric purchases and consumption.
- Responsible for the updating RR (Receiving Report) Codes for fabrics reference code.
- Responsible for production costing
- Responsible for check the preparation of cutting report
- Responsible for bank reconciliation
- Other duties that may be assigned

**Job Qualifications**

At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
With knowledge in Bookkeeping
Knowledgeable in general /Cost Accounting
Must be a quick learner and is eager to growth
Computer literate
Must be analytic and keen to detail
With problem solving and decision making skills
Fresh graduate are also welcome to apply

**Experience, Education and Training**
- Minimum 2 years experience as accounting assistant or
- A college degree or equivalent training in office management
