Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing Finance Services work, including account schedules, bank clearings, accounts payable, and fixed assets.
- Ensure timely and accurate booking of supplier invoices and accruals.
- Manage and log contracts in the contract database, coordinating with divisions on leases, services, and other contracts with financial impact.
- Coordinate annual fixed asset counts, ensuring reconciliation and proper tagging.
- Collaborate with the tax accountant on legal and statutory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documents.
- Prepare labor hour reports and provisions for doubtful accounts and stock.
- Recommend monthly accrual costs and assist in reviewing People Management reports.
- Provide divisional scorecards and sales reports promptly.
- Ensure accurate booking and closure of monthly recharges.
- Review and approve non-PO invoices within set limits.
- Prepare quarterly reports for Central Bank submissions.
- Suggest improvements for accounting processes and support the Business Controller with additional tasks.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
- Abide by the company's guidelines and perform assigned tasks.
- Handle administrative and non-administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
With experience doing Financial Audit
Good to have CPA license but not required
