Accounting Assistant Quickbooks Sap Or Oracle Financials

Work Location: MAKATI

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Up to one year of relevant accounting experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with accounting software.
• Experience wtih financial software and systems such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle Financials is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Assist in the preparation of financial statements and various financial reports.
? Support the accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
? Participate in month-end and year-end closing procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting.
? Assist with tax preparations and filing requirements to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
? Analyze financial data and create detailed reports for management review.
? Comply with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.
? Compile, enter, and post monthly adjusting journal entries to maintain accurate financial records.
? Assist with audit preparations and other compliance activities to support internal and external audits.
? Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
? Collaborate with other team members to improve financial procedures and workflows.

Salary Range (Php): 25k-40k
