Accounting Assistant Qc (Urgent)

Work Location: Tandang Sora, Quezon City
Job Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: 8am - 5pm (Monday - Saturday)
Salary: PHP 16,000

Duties and Responsibilities
- Providing support to the accounting department
- Ensure all accounting tasks are performed following company policies and procedures
- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones
- Maintain accurate financial records and perform regular reconciliations of bank account statements
- Handle email correspondence with clients regarding outstanding invoices in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare documentation for external auditors

Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience in accounting or a related field
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to read and analyze financial reports
