Accounting Assistant

**Job Summary**:Accounting Assistant provide administrative support to Finance Manager or an accounting department by performing various clerical tasks, such as filing, mail handling, making bank deposits and keeping bank records, handling invoices, tracking expenses and bookkeeping.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Graduate of BS Accountancy
- Knowledgeable in BIR transactions
- With 1 or more years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of Accounting AP process
- With good knowledge of Cost Accounting
- Experience in Oracle, SAP, QuickBooks is desirable
- Proficient in using MS Excel/Google Sheet
- Willing to do field works at least once a month

**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
