Accounting Assistant

**RESPONSIBILITY**

The Accounting Assistant is responsible for the recording, organizing and reporting of financial data of the company.
**DUTIES**
- Record in Books of Accounts and Trade transactions.
- Monitor Payables, Receivables and Inventory.
- Issue Sales Invoices, Delivery Receipts and Collection Receipts
- Prepare working paper for BIR Forms and Audited Financial Statements.
- Help create and/or update systems that would improve effectiveness and efficiency of work.
- Responsible for other Accounting/Financial related activities that would be required of him/her.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required traits: detail-oriented, highly trainable, can work under pressure, good in time management and multi-tasking.
- Working knowledge: MS Excel, Accounting Software, Bookkeeping, Philippine Taxation Procedures.
**Salary**: From Php18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary

All employees and customers are required to wear a face mask when inside the office premises.
Ability to commute/relocate:

- Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounting Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
