Accounting Assistant

Details of the offer

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Providing support to the accounting department.

• Ensure all accounting tasks are performed in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones.

•Maintain accurate financial records and perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts statements.

•Handle email correspondence with clients regarding outstanding invoices in a professional and timely manner.

•Prepare documentation for external auditors



Qualifications:
• At least two years' experience in accounting or a related field

• Strong mathematical and analytical skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Ability to read and analyze financial reports
