DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists the Budget and Disbursement Supervisor in the preparation of Accounts Payable Vouchers.
- Assists in the preparation of check vouchers and checks.
- Proper filing of accounting records.
- Recording of checks issued in bank books.
- Monitors renewal of insurance/vehicle registration, including real estate and life insurance to ensure no lapsed insurance policies and no penalties due to delays are incurred.
- Monitoring of fleet card usage by posting actual consumption on ledger as against billing statements issued by gas stations.
- Assists in the checking of SSS/Pag-Ibig/Philhealth remittances and other billing according to rates table.
- Assists in the checking of petty cash funds of Carmona plant (Logistics).
- Assists in the follow-up of other client accounts (collection).
- Performs other related duties which may be required from time to time.
Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Biñan City, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)
