Accounting Assistant

Client Profile: This company designs, manufactures, and sells high-quality molds. They plan products and molds, process the molds, and assemble them to provide the mold that meets the needs of the clients.

Position: Accounting Assistant
Industry: Manufacturing Company
Location: Carmona, Cavite
Salary: Php 20,000 - Php 25,000
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am -5pm
Work Set-up: Onsite

Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Accountancy or any related field.
At least 1 year experience in Accounting and Admin role.
Experience working in Manufacturing Company is an advantage.
Amendable to work Onsite.
Amendable to work as soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities:
Handle and prepare BIR documents and reports.
Reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts.
Process daily general accounting business.
Preparing and updating financial reports and recording transactions.
Will monitor Cash in Bank, bank Reconciliation, and Income Statement & Balance Sheet.
Responsible for all accounting work related to taxes, including bookkeeping and invoicing
