Accounting Assistant

Prepares, process, records and overall administration of all manual check cycle to ensure that finances are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.
- Prepares Cash Disbursement Report by summarizing all cash disbursements made within the month and reconciles the same with bank balances to see to it that enough funds are available to finance all company expenses.
- Prepares an accurate monthly bank reconciliation statement for savings and current accounts of various banks by comparing bank statements and company records to check existing funds and journalizes all unrecorded transactions of the company.
- Entertain telephone inquiries of stakeholders.
- Prepares and analyzes audit schedules of various accounts to be submitted to external
- Establish and maintain a filing system for all financial documents.
- Updates knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Performs other tasks as maybe assigned from time to time.
**Salary**: From Php14,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pasig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting Assistant: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- CPA (preferred)
