Accounting Assistant

**Payroll Accounting**
- Record and monitor employee's non-government loan amortization and balances in the payroll system.
- Record and monitor employee's authorized payroll deductions and/or adjustment.
- Addresses employee's loans and deductions-related concerns and provide accurate payroll information.
- Prepare employee's final, severance, separation, and/or estimated retirement pay.
- Prepare supporting schedules for the year-end retirement actuarial report.
**Job Requirements**:

- Preferably Graduate with Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
- With 2-3 years of experience in the same field.
- Knowledgeable in Accounting software.
- Knowledge of SAP system is an advantage.
Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pasig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounting Assistant: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- CPA (preferred)
