Accounting Assistant

Coordinate with Liaison Officers and plan bank transactions
Disburse cash and /or deposit, and endorse to requesting party
Assigned to liquidation and journal entry of specific expenses in the system
Maintain check release monitoring, bank reconciliation, and cash position of the company
Responsible for daily cash out
Perform other duties that may be required from time to time
Check cash advances
Disburse cash
Facilitate the renewal of Government Registrations / Permit
Facilitate payment of company utility bills
Bank transactions & monitoring
Encoding and filing documents
Keeps track of Collectors' Collection monitoring report.
Perform other duties that maybe assigned from time to time
JOB QUALIFICATIONS

College Graduate, preferably Accounting / Banking & Finance
Fresh Graduate are welcome to Apply
With at least 1yr or 2 yrs.
work experience in the same capacity
Has background in accounts payable & accounts receivables
Conducts actual checking of invoices
Keen on details
Good communication skills
Knowledgeable on MS applications especially excel
Ability to handle pressure
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
