Accounting Assistant

Handles billing processes such as accounts receivable
- Process financial documents and may also look for ways to improve efficiency and recognize unnecessary expenses
- Updates company records with details about income and itemized expenses to reflect the most accurate information and meet financial regulations
- Enters accounting related information into business logs
- Inspect account books for efficiency and accuracy
- Organize and update financial records
- Perform monthly bank settlements
- Prepare documentation for external auditors
- Review financial statements for accuracy and legal compliance
- Prepare and file tax returns

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or finance required
- At least two years' experience in accounting or a related field
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google docs and sheets
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to read and analyze financial reports

**Salary**: Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pasig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounting Assistant: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- CPA (preferred)
