ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT
About the role
We are seeking a skilled Accounting Assistant to join our dynamic team at RVS CARGO SERVICES INC.'. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance and accounting operations of our company, which is headquartered in Manila City, Metro Manila. As an Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for a range of tasks that are essential to the smooth running of our finance department.
What you'll be doing
Preparing and processing invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents
Maintaining accurate records and ledgers of financial transactions
Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
Performing bank reconciliations and ensuring the accuracy of financial data
Providing administrative support to the accounting team as needed
Collaborating with other departments to ensure the efficient flow of financial information
Adhering to all relevant financial regulations and company policies
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Accounting Assistant role
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate financial records
Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
Excellent numerical and analytical skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure
Relevant qualifications in Accounting or a related field would be an advantage
