Safekeeps Post Dated Check (PDC) for endorsement to Security Bank.
Facilitates the release of Petty/Operational funds to purchasing and replenishes
Monitors and updates bank reconcilations (Disbursing).
Consolidates Daily Sales in an excel summary.
Supervises monthly inventory of Pro-Shop (for sale) items. Prepares Sales Simulation of Concessionaires for check preparation.
In-charge of refunding Skedda cancelled transactions.
Files check voucher per month.
In-charge of making fund transfers for disbursements and for funding.
Summarizes daily skedda bonding for POS transactions
Sends email and text for Anti-debit enrollees whose enrolled credit cards expiring.
Monitors events revenue reconciliations thru separate excel sheet.
Do other task assigned by immediate superior
Assisting the Front Desk Officers available for cash turn over
