· Checking of deposit (per actual and per bank)
· Encoding of monthly billing of monthly parkers
· Filling Docs of monthly parkers/ATP/billing pink copy and yellow copy
· Preparation of check collection/PDC issued for deposit\
· Follow up collection through email and phone call
· Monitoring of parking manual tickets
· SAWT monthly
· Sales Relief monthly
· Monitoring of parking manual tickets
· Preparation of Lessee info sheet for New client and terminated (Semi-annual)
· Requesting monthly supplies
· Updating book of accounts (Cash Disbursement)
· Updating book of accounts (Cash Receipts)
· Filling of Documents (Rental, Agency & etc.)
· Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
