Accounting Assistant In Financial Reporting

Position: (1) ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT IN FINANCIAL REPORTING

The Accounting Assistant ensures accuracy, completeness and timeliness of fund reports, monitoring of advances in general/ investment, petty cash flow, regular updating of Bank/ Funds signatories, and other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
JOB QUALIFICATION:

• With a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
• At least one (1) year work experience in Financial and General Accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and business solutions (i.e.
QuickBooks)
• High attention to detail and can work under minimal supervision
- Strong English Communication Abilities (both verbal and written)
• Female; Preferably residing in Quezon City, or near work location

SALARY RANGE: Upon interview

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 8:00 – 5:00 p.m.

WORK LOCATION: E. Rodriguez Sr. Ave., Brgy.
Mariana, Quezon City
