Accounting Assistant

AVIS Philippines is looking for Accounting Staff

Job Descriptions:

- Summary, Checking and Finalization of Stock Issuance.
- Recording and closing of related accounts for Sold Vehicle Units.
- Recording Treasury Adjustments.
- Recording and Closing of Unreleased checks.
- Monitoring of Income Statement and checking if Accounts corresponds on Cost Center or vice versa.
- Bank Reconciliation
- Prepares External Audit Requirements
- Prepares and maintains 2307 from suppliers.
- Prepares, maintains and submit the requirements for the renewal of Business Permit.
- Prepares, maintains and submit the other BIR requirements on their main office.
- Checking of clearing dates for check and online transfer transactions.
- Adjusting Entries and Recon of handled accounts.
- Closing Advances to suppliers.
- Other assignment that the Accounting Supervisor may assign from time to time.
Qualifications:

- BS / Accountancy graduate or any 4 years related course
- Must be amendable to work in Mandaluyong City
- Possesses strong leadership and organizational skills
- FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply

**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
