Accounting Assistant

We are looking for ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT to provide support to the accounting team.
Requirements:
• Graduate of BS Accountancy, Financial Managements or its equivalent
• 1-2 years related work experience, fresh graduate are encourage to apply
• Familiarity with basic accounting procedures
• Accuracy and keen to detail
• Aptitude for numbers
• Data entry and word processing skills
• Well organized
• Can speak English language
Duties:
• Perform accounts payable and receivables
• Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
• Collating of BIR and Government Compliance information
o BIR 0619E-Expanded
o BIR 1601C-Compensation
o Mandatory Benefits
• Preparations of AP Vouches:
o Marketing Expenses
o Utilities
• Petty Cash Replenishment
• Checking of Liquidations
• Preparation of Paid and unpaid report weekly


Willing to work in Rockwell, Makati
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday
