Accounting Assistant

Handling Accounts payables such as processing of disbursement and releasing of all checks.
- Prepares Cash Flow
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation
- Prepared BIR Annual Registration
- Prepare journal entries for the accrual and other adjusting entries
- Maintains Fixed Assets register to monitor acquisitions and depreciation of fixed assets.
- Maintains All files for Accounting Department
- Prepare year-end audit-related requirements
- Prepares monthly summary of SSS, Philhealth, and PAG-IBIG fund contributions and
- ensures timely and accurate remittance.
- Prepare BIR remittances and payment including VAT, Withholding Tax, ITR
- Prepare and encode Alphalist and BIR Relief.
- Prepare Final Pay computation
- Prepare 2316 for current employees and resigned employees
- Prepare documents for business permits processing.
- Processing of inventory insurance.
- Handle Petty Cash Fund.
- Processing books and submission of books of accounts.
Nice to haves:

- Knowledge in preparation of Financial Statement is an advantage

**Salary**: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Makati: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting Assistant: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- CPA (preferred)
