Accounting Assistant

Reconciliation and analysis of AP accounts
- Validate, process, monitors payments to suppliers
- Validate, process, monitors cash advances & cash adv.
liquidations
- Validate, process, monitors payments to third party logistics & distributors
- Validate, prepares, monitors order of payments (purchasing related transactions)
- Prepares, monitors EWT certificates
- Prepares monthly reports and analysis of assigned accounts (deposits, prepaid accounts, others)
- Participate in the monthly physical count of inventories (Field work)
- Assist in the month-end closing activities
- Assists in solving issues/queries regarding AP from internal & external customers

**Qualifications**:

- Must have at least 1-2 years experience
- Must be willing to travel
- With experience in Pysical inventory
- Knowledgeable in JDE and Oracle is advantage but not necessary
