Accounting Assistant For Printservicedocumentsolutions/19K/Makati

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Replenishment of Petty Cash Funds
2. Reimbursement of Expenses
3. SAP entry of AP-Trade invoices ensuring attached supporting docs are complete
4. Timely update of AP Aging and AP Trade Schedules.
5. Preparation of check vouchers prior to their due dates.
6. Monthly payment processing of utilities, rental, customer rebates, security services, empty cartridges, insurances,
sponsorships, seminars, Christmas gifts, giveaways and etc. and charge them to the appropriate cost centres
7. Sending of deposit slips to respective suppliers as proof of payment.
8. Responding to suppliers' queries regarding status of payables.
9. Assist in inventory and resolving discrepancies
10. Perform ad-hoc request related to the position.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors/College Degree of Accountancy
Experience: Minimum of 1 Year but Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
1. Assist the monthly accounting
2. Enable to update and close tickets for parts request on a timely manner
3. Timely recording payments

Personal Characteristics:
1. Highly organized with great time-management skills.
