Accounting AssistantReports ToThe Accounting Assistant will report to the Managing Director, VP for Operations, SalesManager, Admin & Accounting Head.Duties & Responsibilities? Provides accounting and clerical support for the Accounting and Financedepartment.? Assists in preparing statements of account? Encodes all invoices to SAP Business one application? Maintains, prepares, and generates monthly and financial reports using SAPBusiness one application? Assists in maintaining historical records by scanning and filing documents? Assists in double checking and monitoring of sales invoices.Qualifications? Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related courses? At least six (6) months of experience in the related field is required? Adequate proficiency in SAP Business One Software a plus but not required? Proficient in MS Office applications? Well organized and detail-oriented? Able to multi-task, is results-oriented, and is able to work under pressure? With good oral and written communication skills?
