Job description
Key Responsibilities: Knowledgeable in basic accounts payable and book keepingAudit of payment requisitionsPosting of journal entries in systemPosting of payment in system and check printingFiling of sales invoicesUnderstand expense accounts and cost centersDaily inventory tallying and monthly P-countPerforming day-to-day financial transactions including verifying, classifying and recording accounts payable dataPreparing bills, invoices and bank depositsGenerate reports detailing accounts payable status Requirements: Bachelor's degree (4 years course) in related to accounting and financeWith atleast 1 year experience of accounts payable assistantData entry skills along with knack of numbersHaving an experience with accounting systems (Sage 50, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.) is an advantageFamiliar with basic bookkeeping and knows how to identify different G/L Accounts

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
