1. Financial Planning and Analysis
Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational objectives.Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide insights to management.Prepare financial forecasts, models, and budgets.
2. Budgeting and Forecasting
Lead the annual budgeting process, including setting timelines, coordinating with departments, and consolidating budget data.Monitor budget performance and report variances.Update forecasts regularly based on actual performance and market conditions.
3. Financial Reporting
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.Present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS).
4. General Ledger Management
Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of the general ledger.Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.Conduct regular reconciliations and reviews of ledger accounts.
5. Accounts Payable and Receivable
Manage accounts payable and receivable functions to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions.Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital management.Ensure accurate billing and collection processes.
