Job DescriptionAs a Financial Accounting Head, your Job Role is to: Assist in the design and development of computerized systems relating to and affecting general accounting and tax planning & management functions, including implementation, evaluation, and monitoring thereof.Facilitates the archiving of files including coordination to the concerned members from filling of documents up to maintaining the bin location of boxes in the storage warehouse.Assist in formulating and administering sound accounting policies and procedures and recommends revision if necessary.Plans and organizes works to be performed by the Financial Accounting Unit members.Updates regularly Individual Operations Manual (IOM).Ensures compliance to 5s.As a Head of the Financial, you are expected to: Supervise and oversee the Financial Accounting operations.Preparation of Financial and Management reports.Supervision and evaluation of General Accounting member's performance.RequirementsA graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is advantageous but not required.With above-average scholastic record.Minimum of three (3) years experience in General Accounting and Bookkeeping.Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.Working Location30/F, The Orient Square, The Orient Square, F. Ortigas Jr. Rd, Ortigas Center, Pasig, 1600 Metro Manila, Philippines.
