Is currently looking for:
 

ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE CLERK

 

Duties and Responsibilities:
Gather and monitor financial data (Sales revenues, disbursements, etc.)

Encode data to prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements

Assist with the drafting of financial forecast costs and revenues

Support internal audits

Prepare budgets

Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies

Maintain and update payroll information

Monitoring of bank accounts

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Management Accounting, Financial Management or Any Related Course

1-2 years experience in Accounting and Finance field

Computer proficiency with advance knowledge of MS Excel

Knowledge of accounting regulations

Excellent in math skills with an attention to detail

Strong Analytical and planning skills with high sense of urgency and commitment

Must have good communication and presentation skills

Time
- Management abilities

Can work with less supervision

Maintains Confidentiality

Willing to start ASAP
