Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining AR-related reports in shared Google Drive Counter-checking of posted PHIC & GL collection in AR monitoring sheets Preparation of PHIC billings to RCDC upon receiving the ACPNs credited in old owner Computation of professional fees based on ACPN received to be forwarded to accounting for payment issuance Issuance of PF cheques with computations to PHOs to distribute to the Nephrologists Preparation of vouchers and envelopes for Nephrologist professional fees Creating a PHIC session summary sent to PHOs as basis of their monthly claim submission Encoding the PHIC session summary in their respective mother file Creating of IR/audit report whenever there are variances in PHIC claims (double filing, over transmitted, missed claims) Maintaining of PHIC files (hard copies of ACPNs, billings, deposit slips, BIR 2307) Verify monthly statement of account (SOA) from laboratory partners to be forwarded to accounting for payment issuance Other ad hoc tasks Requirements: Graduate of Accountancy or Finance Management Computer literate Wide knowledge in MS applications Keen attention to detail, willing to work longer hours if needed Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 per month
