Accounting And Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Accounting:
? Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
? Support in accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing and reconciliation.
? Assist in payroll preparation and tax filings under supervision.
? Contribute to financial reporting activities and preparation of financial statements.
Administrative Support:
? Assist in general administrative tasks to maintain operational efficiency.
? Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to support a productive work environment.
? Coordinate with external service providers such as legal, HR, and IT support as directed.
? Assist in implementing and maintaining company policies and procedures.
Team Collaboration:
? Collaborate with the finance and administration team to achieve department goals.
? Support senior management and team members with ad-hoc tasks as required.
? Contribute positively to a collaborative and innovative work culture.

Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
? Previous experience or internship in accounting or administrative roles preferred.
? Basic understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
? Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
