Key Responsibilities: Financial Accounting: Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures.Support in accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing and reconciliation.Assist in payroll preparation and tax filings under supervision.Contribute to financial reporting activities and preparation of financial statements. Administrative Support: Assist in general administrative tasks to maintain operational efficiency.Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to support a productive work environment.Coordinate with external service providers such as legal, HR, and IT support as directed.Assist in implementing and maintaining company policies and procedures. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the finance and administration team to achieve department goals.Support senior management and team members with ad-hoc tasks as required.Contribute positively to a collaborative and innovative work culture. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Previous experience or internship in accounting or administrative roles preferred.Basic understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
