Submit Purchase Requisition (PR) to Head Office for local purchases (non-trade)

Submit Request for Payment (RFP) to Head Office for suppliers

Process Sales Invoices and Billings

4. Credit and collection

5.
Petty Cash Fund custodian.
a.
Properly safe-guard the petty cash fund.
b.
Keep accurate and detailed records of the fund with supporting original receipts.
c. Identify and filter the allowable petty cash fund expenses.
d. Process replenishment.
e. Reconcile daily.
6.
Inventory report

7.
Time-keeping

8.
Manage and monitor office supplies.
9.
Monitor inventory of accountable forms.
10.
Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mandaue, Cebu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
