Accounting Analyst

1.
Record invoices into customer's online billing systems and reconcile immediately for variances.
2.
Recording and updating of Daily Sales report.
5.
Ensure timely countering of receipts of delivered goods to customer.
6.
Regularly prepares customer statements of account.
- Liaison between customers and internal departments to resolve billing issues.
8.
Receives validated deposit slips from Treasury and ensures accurate recording of customer payments and other valid deductions (e.g., BIR 2307, rebates,discounts).
9.
Prepares journal entries; ensures that entries and financial records adhere to established controls, accounting principles and policies.
10.
Prepares and analyses GL/balance sheet reconciliations and advises supervisor and/or manager of issues on the reconciliation and proposed resolution.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
