Job Summary:
Responsible for the production of relevant cost of sales recording activities for both month-end margin reporting and administrative costs and relevant balance sheet reconciliations.
Responsible for the daily queries relating to transactional cost of sales and admin costs activity and analysis of previously prepared month-end reporting.
Seek for and implement, in close co-operation with RBA R2R Supervisor, continuous improvements in efficiency, effectiveness and quality of service for systems under control.
Development and management of assistant accountant role.
Accountabilities:
The analyst is mainly responsible for the efficient and effective transactional activity of the cost general ledger accounts, including production costs, data costs, context costs, technology, relevant balance sheet reconciliations/review, plus being the escalation point for urgent and critical cost related issues.
Timely processing and allocation to ensure efficient cost reporting.
Will contribute to an effective costs control process.
