ACCOUNTING ANALYST COST & BUDGET - (CEBU - URGENT)
 

JOB SUMMARY

 

Cost and Budget Analyst is responsible for overseeing and analyzing cost expenditures and purchases within the organization to provide management with information necessary for its cost-efficient objectives.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Submission of Project's Profit and Loss

Collects cost information for each project/activity and maintains an expenses database

Ensures that actual cost of materials, labor and overhead are properly charged to specific projects including use of correct budget IDs

Analyzes and reports profit margins (per project and consolidated) and prepares each project's profitability report

Submission of Monthly Cost and Variance Reports

Reviews standard and actual

costs for variances and prepare periodic reportsCoordinate with construction department for reconciliation of charges to the construction in progress accounts

Establish Cost Factors for every Project

Provides computation of cost factors

Monitors budget revisions and updating of standard cost computation

Provide entries to record under/over-applied construction cost

Checks matching of Sales and Cost of Goods Sold

Reconciliation of Construction in Progress, Accumulated Cost of Sales and other related accounts

Generates ledger and analyze entries for proper charging and correct dimensions

Keeps and monitors updated record of project-related Budget IDs

Monitors completeness of inventory records such as goods issuance slips

Schedule of Finished Goods Inventory (Model units, Repossessed units)

Monitors movements in finished goods inventory such as model unit enhancements, repossessed units from buybacks, etc.
