Accounting Admin Associate

Modernbrands, a leading provider of luxury furniture for Italian kitchen cabinets, Italian wardrobes, walk-in closets, sliding doors, flooring, and furniture in Manila, is currently seeking a talented and motivated ACCOUNTING ADMIN ASSOCIATE to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities: Ensures 100% collection of all due and outstanding accounts by all possible means.Ensures that clients are fully paid before delivery.Accurate and on-time preparation and release of SOA (Statement of Accounts) to bill a client.Accurate and timely Daily sales reporting.Accurate and timely Aging of Accounts report. Job Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, Management Accounting, Banking & Finance or equivalentAt least 2 years of work experience in the field of Accounting and/or Admin.Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel or PowerpointKnowledgeable in SAP or any relevant accounting software is advantageHave no previous history of theftWilling to multi-task, work under pressure and with minimal supervision Work Conditions:

Type: Full-time and On-site only
Location: Quezon City
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-5pm; Saturdays, 8-3pm
