Accountant (Uk Client)

Position**:Accountant / Senior Accountant**

**Duties and responsibilities include**:

- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Bookkeeping, making correction where appropriate
- Set up and operate new payroll system
- Managing trial balance, balance sheet and profit and loss accounts
- Preparation of self-employed and limited company accounts
- Preparation of service charge accounts
- Various one-off projects as required for/by clients
- Assist in implementation of new office systems
- Asist with onboarding of new clients
- Document management: request, receive and organize client documentation
- Perform other job-related functions as required by management

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a BPO is an advantage
- Public practice experience is preferred
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- Experience in using **XERO** and Sage accounting software is an advantage
- At least 5 years of general accounting experience in the related field is required for this position
- Must be willing to work on UK shift (3:30 PM to 11:30 PM)
- Full-time position(s) available.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting / General Accounting: 5 years (preferred)
- XERO Software: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- CMA (preferred)
- CPA (preferred)
