Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, and supporting financial operations.
The Accountant will assist in various aspects of accounting, including financial reporting, account reconciliation, budgeting, and audits.
Key Roles:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries and balance sheets.
2.
Perform month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
3.
Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
4.
Preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
5.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and accounting standards.
6.
Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with tax regulations.
7.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing necessary data and reports to management.
8.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate and efficient financial reporting.
9.
Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
10.
Process payroll and ensure proper tax deductions and benefits.
11.
Monitor and manage accounts payable/receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
12.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
13.
Maintain financial records and files in an organized and accessible manner.
