Details of the offer

Job Description
1. Maintenance of Books of Accounts and Records including Payroll Preparation
2. Preparation of the monthly, quarterly, and annually submission of BIR related to Government Agencies and Monthly remittance of employee/employer contribution.
3. Preparation of transactions for loose-leaf binding
• Sales Journal and Sales Credit Memo
• Purchase Journal
• Receipts
• Disbursement
• General Journal
• General ledger
4. Preparation of documents required by the External Auditor during the yearly audit including Fixed Assets Subsidiary Ledger

Job Qualifications
1. Degree holder of Bachelor of Science in ACCOUNTANCY
2. CPA or Non-CPA
3. Strictly atleast 5 years minimum relevant work experience in General Accounting (end to end)
4. Day Shift 9:00 – 6:00pm
5. Willing to work Hybrid and amenable to work in Ortigas Pasig. (4-6 days per month RTO)
6. 28 – 35 years old (FEMALE)
7. Good project management and organizational skills
8. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multi-task and work under time pressure
10. Knowledgeable in MS Office.

Salary Range – P30,000 – P35,000.00 (NON CPA)
P35,000 – P45,000 (CPA)
