QUALIFICATIONS:
Prefer graduate BS Accountancy/ Financial Management
Prefer who has an experience in accounts payable, and purchasing or supplier chain.
Must have experience at least 2-3 years in accounting field
living reside near Sta rosa, or laguna technopark
Age between 20-29 years.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
(Accounts payable & Purchasing)
Prepare purchase order, PJ Journal, Expanded withholding tax, AP ledger,
Check Voucher monitoring, recording Cash Disbursement in accounting software.
Prepare purchase summary for PEZA reports.
BIR EWT report every month
Prepare checks for suppliers, monitoring checks and releasing
Prepare 2307 for suppliers
Prepare payment request for fund transfer
Handle Impex document time to time if there is any overseas delivery.
