Maintaining accurate accounting and financial recordsTimely maintenance of accounting journals, ledgers, and logs detailing financial business transactions including preparing and maintaining Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements;Preparation of consolidated summaries of input and output tax to be encoded to BIR VAT Relief Program;Preparation of check vouchers and checks after verification of completeness of supporting documents;Monitor daily transactions and subsidiary ledgersPrepare supporting schedules for financial statementsEnsure compliance with government agency requirements such as those of BIR, SEC, and LGUReconcile financial statement accounts and monthly closingMaintain accounting journals, ledgers, and logsFile BIR requirements through EEPS (e.g. monthly filing of withholding tax on compensation, expanded withholding tax, VAT, ITR, etc...)Conduct an audit of existing accounting proceduresPerform other tasks as assigned or as needed by the Management Qualifications:

Degree in BS Accountancy or BS Accounting Technology or any relevant course
Has at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
Attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills, Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Team-oriented
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable and receivable principles;
Proficient in management systems such as SAP, QuickBooks, and other Accounting Software
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Willing to work onsite Monday to Saturday in Buting, Pasig, City
