Job Description

o VAT Returns:
? Assist in the preparation and submission of accurate VAT returns.
? Ensure all transactions are correctly classified and recorded in line with applicable VAT
regulations.
? Liaise with relevant departments to gather required documentation and information.
o Financial Accounts:
? Aid in the preparation of annual financial statements.
? Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and
procedures.
o Management Accounts:
? Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, or yearly management accounts.
? Collaborate with various departments to collate and analyze financial data, ensuring its
accuracy and relevance.
o Corporation Tax Returns:
? Support the preparation and submission of corporation tax returns.
? Stay updated on relevant tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
o Bookkeeping:
? Provide ad hoc assistance with client bookkeeping asrequired.
? Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
o General Assistance:
? Willingly get involved in varioustasks and projects asthey arise.
? Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth financial operations.
? Recommend improvements to existing accounting processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in an accounting role is preferred.
• 5-7 years experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
