Maintenance of Books of Accounts and Records including Payroll PreparationPreparation of the monthly, quarterly, and annually submission of BIR related to Government Agencies and Monthly remittance of employee/employer contribution.Preparation of transactions for loose-leaf binding Sales Journal and Sales Credit MemoPurchase JournalReceiptsDisbursementGeneral JournalGeneral ledger
4. Preparation of documents required by the External Auditor during the yearly audit including Fixed Assets Subsidiary Ledger
• Job Qualifications -
Degree holder of Bachelor of Science in ACCOUNTANCYCPA or Non-CPAStrictly atleast 5 years minimum relevant work experience in General Accounting (end to end)Day Shift 9:00 – 6:00pmWilling to work Hybrid and amenable to work in Ortigas Pasig. (4-6 days per month RTO)28 – 35 years old (FEMALE)Good project management and organizational skillsGood analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multi-task and work under time pressureKnowledgeable in MS Office.
• Salary Range – P30,000 – P35,000.00 (NON CPA)
35,000 – 45,000 (CPA)
