**Job Description Summary**:
Ensure that all financial and accounting operations within the company run efficiently.
**Qualifications**:
- A graduate of BS in Accountancy with CPA license
- With at least 5 years work experience and accounting software experience
- Basic supervisory training, knowledgeable in TAX regulations
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Evaluate financial operations to recommend best-practices, identify issues and strategize solutions, and help organization run efficiently.
- Conduct financial forecasting and risk analysis assessments.
- Prepare Financial Statements, Income Statements, monthly reports, annual departmental budget, and other accounting-related reports.
- Comply with government regulatory requirements and permits, and maintain an up-to-date knowledge on legislation, enforce adherence to requirements, and advise management on needed actions.
- Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance on cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and profit maximization
- Monthly Bank Reconciliation of all company bank accounts.
- Monitor Cash Advances, Receivables, Payables, Sales and Expenses, and Car lease.
- Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping financial information confidential.
- Oversee staff and operations of the department.
- Coordinate with other department with regards to annual OKR and other matters.
- Other tasks deemed necessary.
