Accountant

-Accountant is responsible for maintaining the general ledger entries and ensures that the ledger accounts are accurate and precise. Prepares journal entries and reconciles GL accounts.
-Prepares monthly, quarterly & annual computation of taxes. Responsible for e-filing and e-payment to BIR of the following: a. Value Added Tax (VAT) / Percentage Tax b. Withholding Tax - Compensation Expanded Withholding Tax d. Other BIR remittances
-Process vendor invoices for payment and its corresponding entries.
-Prepares Statement of Accounts of all tenants on a monthly basis.
-Monitors vendors and customers accounts by regularly preparing aging reports.
-Checks reimbursements of daily expenses and liquidation of cash advances
-Prepares detailed schedule of monthly accruals and prepare the corresponding journal voucher.
-Checks & monitors general ledger accounts and handles the monthly closing of accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-A graduate of Bachelor of Science Accountancy
-At least 6 months work related experience
-Computer literate
