Accountant

Tide Solar Philippines Inc., is looking for an accountant to manage general accounting and financial processes of the company.

Responsibilities:

1.Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and expense tracking, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of entries
2.Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and budget variance analyses, providing insights and recommendations to management
3.Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
4.Maintain and update financial records and documentation in accounting software or ERP systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
5.Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, providing input and analysis to support decision-making and strategic initiatives
6.Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve discrepancies, clarify financial transactions, and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records

Qualifications:
1.Proven experience in accounting roles, with a strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred. CPA certification or equivalent qualification is a plus
2.Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite, as well as Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial data

4.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial information, analyze trends, and identify insights
5. Experience working in manufacturing, packaging or same industry.
6. Good English communication skills.
